“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?”
“That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,” said the Cat.
“I don’t much care where –” said Alice.
“Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,” said the Cat.

What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching looks at the whole of a person’s life, health, wealth, relationships, contribution, family, spirituality, career, fun, and so on. For someone who is doing well, it can take them from good to great. For those who are struggling, it can be the preventative measure needed to stop stress, disillusionment and burn out.
How does Life Coaching work?
The Life Coach does not have to be an expert in your area to be effective in moving you forward. Life Coaching is a process of creating worthwhile and achievable goals, along with the motivation to keep going when conditions become adverse.
The Coach will use a variety of tools to help you to look at the challenges you face in the most favourable light, ensuring you have the greatest possible success in life.
What happens during a session?
The Coach will base his sessions on the GROW model which seeks to identify the gulf between aspirations and realities, checking at each stage the commitment to achieve the steps needed to achieve goals.
Other techniques such as Myers-Briggs psychometric assessment and NLP reframing are used to create momentum and passion.
